  • IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CALL US. SERVICES WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED IF YOU HAVE NOT ARRIVED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND WILL BE MARKED DOWN AS A NO SHOW.

  • YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BY EITHER CALLING THE SHOP OR BY CLICKING ON THE LINK IN THE CONFIRMATION TEXT AND OR EMAIL YOU RECEIVE. WHEN BOOKING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL/TEXT, A REMINDER 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND A FINAL REMINDER 3 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.   • PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME, WITH PRODUCT FREE, CLEAN HAIR. HAIR FULL OF PRODUCT DAMAGES OUR EQUIPMENT. IT IS UP TO YOUR BARBERS DISCRETION, BUT A $10 SHAMPOO FEE WILL BE CHARGED IF WE HAVE TO SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOUR SERVICE STARTS.
