CANCELLATION & SHOP POLICY

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION & SHOP POLICY BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

  • PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PREPAY FEATURE AT THE END OF BOOKING. We would prefer to complete your transaction at the end of your service. After selecting your time click “REVIEW & BOOK”. Then fill out your information and click “RESERVE”. DO NOT CLICK “RESERVE & PAY”.

  • Appointments may be pushed back up to 15 minutes due to circumstances out of our control.

  • Please show up to your appointment with clean, product free hair. Failing to do so will result in a $10 wash. This will be enforced at your barbers discretion.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS EXCEPT MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

  • We have a strict one hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

  • You can make changes or reschedule anytime up to one hour before your appointment starts. To make changes you can use the link in the confirmation email and/or text message. You may also call the shop telephone, if there is no answer please leave a voicemail. Failing to reschedule or cancel before that one hour deadline, will result in marking your appointment as a “no show”.

  • If you did not get a confirmation email and/or text message, please call the shop. Chances are you did not complete the booking process. We’re happy to help you finish it over the phone or confirm your appointment.

  • We understand that mistakes happen, but repeat offenders who “no call, no show” their appointment will result in changing their customer profile to “prepay only”. You will still be able to make changes up to one hour before your appointment time free of charge. Please understand that when you don’t show up or let us know you can’t make your appointment, your barber loses his or her earnings for that spot.
